Product Care 

Each planner and notebook are handmade, therefore details may vary. To clean the surface of the covers simply wipe clean with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Covers are not waterproof or water resistant. If the planner comes in contact with liquid, it may damage the cover and it will damage the inside. Therefore avoid any liquids coming into contact with product. Avoid placing the planners and notebooks on rough surfaces because this increases the risk of scratching. Avoid placing the planners and notebooks in bags due to the chances of the coils bending next to or under heavy objects. 

Privacy & Safety

Life’s Planning Co. LLC (LPC) does not sell emails given to LPC through this website. However, a third party vendor may be used for email marketing. Emails and information that are shared with LPC is used to contact the customer about their products ordered and shipment of the order, as well as updates within LPC, such as blog post, new products, new cover designs. The customer or member may opt out of the emails at any time.

Payment information such as name and card number will be handled through our third party vendor, such as the Wix website, PayPal, or Venmo. Accounting of payments are recorded through a third party vendor as well. 

LPC does not control the use of your details through third party vendors.

Shipping Policy

As of right now, we offer shipping only within the United States. Shipping cost vary depending on the customer’s location. Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates and shipping time frames will be longer than the other 48 states due to their locations. 

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days after the order is placed. 

Orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days depending on the processing time and season. Some seasons may vary in the number of orders received. For example, December may be busier than March because many people prefer new planners for the new upcoming year. 

Shipping prices vary on customers location. Shipping is calculated at the check out using live USPS shipping estimates. If the shipping estimates are not available through USPS due to server issues, shipping charges will be $10 flat rate at the time of purchase. 

Your package should arrive within 3-7 days after the order is shipped depending on your location. We ship using USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you (the customer) when your order is shipped. Please note the delivery time may vary depending on the time of the year. USPS and UPS may be busier during the holiday seasons. Please keep this in mind when ordering your products.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the planners being made to order and specifically chosen start date, returns are limited. If the product is damaged in shipping, the product may be returned to Life’s Planning Co. LLC and a replacement will be sent. Life’s Planning Co. LLC has to be contacted within 24 hours of the customer receiving the damaged product. The customer should email Life’s Planning Co. LLC at support@lifesplanningco.com to inform us that the product or products arrived damaged. 

Terms & Conditions

Life's Planning Co. LLC is a Georgia based business, that has the right to change their terms & conditions, and any other policy at any time. Therefore, when someone submits their information, they are agreeing to the policies and terms set forth by Life's Planning Co. LLC. Payments are rendered utilizing Pay Pal and the Wix website. Life's Planning Co. LLC will not sell or give away any information you, the customer, has provided. The information you provide will be used for the purpose of improving Life's Planning Co. LLC, advertising for Life's Planning Co. LLC, and any other aspect related to Life's Planning Co. LLC.

 

Most Products are made to order, therefore returns are limited and at the discretion of the representatives of Life's Planning Co. LLC. Once a product is shipped, Life's Planning Co. LLC is no longer responsible for that product. However, If a product arrives damaged, Life's Planning Co. LLC is willing to discuss the option to replace the damaged product, if the customer contacts Life's Planning Co. LLC within the designated time frame (24 hours after delivery). 

Life's Planning Co. LLC reserves the rights to all images on this website.
